Situated in the heart of London's Royal Borough, One Kensington Gardens, De Vere Gardens is an exquisite collection of 97 beautifully crafted luxury apartments, designed by the award-winning architects David Chipperfield.

The project marries new-builds with 19th Century facades in a sympathetic approach in keeping with the design sensibilities of the historic buildings of Chelsea’s De Vere Gardens Conservation Area.

Capisco spent over 18 months patinating a range of both interior/exterior parts to our patina code OST. This included over 30km of Secco window frames, interior panels on lift lobbies and exterior soffits and parapets.

We provide regular maintenance to aspects of the interior panelling in high traffic areas to keep it looking sharp.
